Chef Richi brings you authentic taste of India at The Indian Herbs Kitchen. He is Born in Delhi and now has opened it's doors to Canadian Market. Our food truck is now open. The chef's journey is rooted in passion, creativity and a deep love for Cooking. Weather it is a quick appetizing bite or Indian curries and modernized taste-packed bowls. Chef Richi crafts flavour and soul into his meals - we call it Chef's Magic.
With a passion that sizzles as brightly as the spices in his kitchen, Chef Richi brings over 18 years of culinary expertise and authentic Indian flavours to every plate he serves, including his exciting 8 years at prestigious hotels like Hyatt Regency, New Delhi, and winning various awards for his cooking and serving skills. Chef Richi has mastered the art of Indian cuisine, breakfast buffets, continental food, to name a few.
His journey from the heart of India, New Delhi to launching The Indian Herbs Kitchen in Canada is a flavourful story of dedication, creativity, and love for cooking. Known for his handcrafted spice blends, customized menu creations and warm smile that welcomes all of our guests! Chef Richi's mission is simple:

After years of stirring things up in high-end hotels (Hyatt, Thank you), Chef Richi traded his chef’s whites for wheels—and now cooks with flair, fire, and a sprinkle of fun.
